ASK established by our current Managing Director and
owner, Gary Keens and Amanda Sumner from a spare bedroom
of their house. |

| 1990 |
Moved into our first leased office and
employed our first staff. |
|
| 1991 |
Opened our in-house typesetting studio. |
|
| 1994 |
Became a Limited Company and purchased our first Commercial
Premises. |
|
| 1997 |
Purchased our first Company, North West Translations
who had been trading since 1969. Established our Warrington
office. |
|
| 1998 |
Purchased our 2nd Company, Northern Commercial Translations
and merged them with our Warrington office. Turnover £600k. |
|
| 1998 |
Opened our in-house internet studio. |
|
| 1999 |
Purchased EuroCom and merged them with our Warrington
office. |
|
| 2000 |
Purchased ASK House, a 7000 sq ft facility. |
|
| 2001 |
Merged our Warrington office with our Head Office. |
|
| 2005 |
Opened our City of London office. |
|
| 2006 |
Purchased The Total Translation Company, giving us offices
in The Netherlands, Germany and New York. |
|
| 2006 |
Purchased AGET Ltd, London's specialist in Financial
Translations. |
|
| 2006 |
Opened offices in Brussels, Copenhagen, Paris, Stockholm
and Zurich. |
| 2007 |
Opened offices in Italy, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. |
To open 3-6
additional US offices.
